Anyone (aged 5+ in the UK) who has recovered from a Covid-19 test result during the last 7 to 180 days is likely to be eligible. However, each case will be evaluated by a doctor, who will be bound by professional norms to provide the certificate only if they believe it is safe and correct to do so. Please note that the certificate is only valid for 90 days in many countries following a positive test, and only 30 days in others, so please confirm with your destination before purchasing the certificate.

Which types of Covid test are acceptable to get the Covid Recovery Certificate?2022-03-29T08:22:14+00:00

This will be determined by your final destination. Some countries will only accept PCR testing, while others will accept any form of test that hasn’t been administered by the patient. We cannot accept images of test cassettes; in order to create a legitimate certificate, your tests must have been confirmed by a healthcare practitioner.

A Covid Recovery Certificate certifies that you have been infected with Covid-19 and have recovered, implying that you have natural immunity to re-infection.

If we suspect that there are concerns with the evidence’s veracity, we will not be able to accept it. Customers will not be able to resubmit future requests if there are signs of tampering with certificates and documentation.

What can a Covid Recovery Certificate be used for?2022-03-29T08:03:33+00:00

The Certificate can be used in any case where you need to demonstrate that you have recently recovered from Covid (therefore pose no risk to others). Travel, attending huge events, and returning to work are some of the most typical uses.

How will I receive my Covid Recovery Certificate?2022-03-29T08:36:54+00:00

Within the timeframe you specify, your certificate will be emailed to you as a PDF (Express – 2 hours, Standard – 12 hours). This is between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. GMT.

How many days after my symptoms can I apply for a Covid Recovery Certificate?2022-03-29T08:22:20+00:00

If you have been symptom-free for 48 hours after receiving an initial positive result, you can apply for a Covid Recovery Certificate after 7 days (the first day of your symptoms or the day of your test is day ZERO). If you’re travelling within 10 days after receiving a positive test or the onset of symptoms, we recommend wearing a mask.

How do I prove that I no longer have Covid-19?2022-03-29T08:04:28+00:00

It’s usually assumed that after 7 days of Covid-19, you’ll have recovered and will no longer be contaminated. As long as you haven’t experienced any symptoms in the last 48 hours. If you’re still feeling unwell, it’s possible that you haven’t fully recovered.

You must be able to present documentation of a positive Covid-19 test and demonstrate that you have recovered from the virus in order to receive a certificate. A photo, PDF, or screenshot of your positive Covid-19 certificate must be uploaded (or NHS notification). This may also be required prior to departure, so make sure to check the regulations for your location before departing. If you have provided us with all of the necessary evidence, we will be able to grant you the certificate within the timeframe you specify (2-12 working hours).

At the bottom of the application form, you can add PDFs and photos. Images of NHS test results can also be posted, but they must meet the following criteria:

  • To show the toolbar (which normally contains the time) at the top of the page, the image must be of the complete screen.
  • This must include the webpage address for screenshots of websites.
  • This must include everything on the screen at the time for screenshots of apps.
  • For screenshots of text messages, this must contain everything that was visible on the screen at the moment, as well as the sender’s name and phone number.

We can offer certificates to everyone above the age of five.

What Testing Is Available?

We offer Covid-19 tests suitable for travel, both for Departures from the UK and Arrivals as well.

We will supply a “Fit to Fly” certificate with a negative result if you choose a test called “Fit to Fly”. This is the certificate you need to check in for your travel, whether you are flying or travelling by ship, boat, train or car to destinations outside of the UK.

An PCR test is the gold standard in COVID-19 testing. It offers the most accurate results as it can detect even the smallest amount of virus. A negative PCR test result provides the most reliable indication you can safely continue to work and travel.

Covid antigen swab test

Antigen (Lateral Flow) Test

The Antigen test consists solely of a nasal swab. Our tests are the only 15 minute Antigen tests currently available in the UK and has recently been purchased in huge numbers by HM Government for use on the frontline against in the battle against COVID-19. Our test is one of only three tests approved by the Government and has been awarded the highest accuracy rating.

Covid PCR test

PCR Test

PCR tests look for the genetic code (RNA) of the virus. The test involves taking a swab of the throat and nose. The test will confirm if an individual who is showing symptoms of the virus currently has it. It will not confirm whether they have had it and have now recovered. PCR tests take up to 48 hours as the collected samples need to be analysed by a UK based lab.

Antibody Blood Test

Have you had it? The Antibody Blood test is designed for those that feel that they have previously been infected with the COVID virus. Most patients that have had the disease have been found to produce the IgG antibody. This test effectively detects the presence of these antibodies in the blood.
